Tesco has become the latest big name provider to rub the magic lamp and join the Broadband Genie comparison service. The supermarket giant has become the CHEAPEST broadband provider to join the service (well, for the first quarter of your contract, anyway).
Tesco offers a 512k connection at just £9.97/month for the first three months, and £19.97 thereafter (12-month contract). The speed seems slow compared to the other major providers, but surfers might be attracted by the unlimited usage cap.
