Ofcom consults on more protection for broadband consumers

Ofcom - the UK’s telcomms regulator - has launched a consultation on all sorts of stuff to do with protecting consumers. In particular, it wants to set up early warning systems to cope with scams and malpractice (like rogue diallers).
