BT serves up Sharedband for faster speeds

Thursday 06 December 2007 1 Comment  |

Sharedband is a new technology which BT has offered to distribute, and which should enable ISP's to deliver faster broadband connections to users. Sharedband allows the grouping together of two or more broadband connections, so that the overall speed can be increased (most noteably the up-load speed). This means smoother, faster broadband internet! The service could take some time to implement, but it might provide a short term fix that allows a more resilliant broadband infrastructure in the UK.

BT must resolve their normal service problems BEFORE they start a new system.
