Exclusive! Hands-on with the Asus Eee PC S101 netbook
by on Tuesday 07 October 2008 3 Comments |
We’ve seen a few leaked photos of the new Asus Eee PC S101, read a few snippets about specifications and even a seen a brief hands-on report from The Guardian’s Jack Schofield (and not to mention published a marvellous review). That’s enough of the speculation, though – here’s the real deal. We were the first publication to spend some time with Asus’ new “high-end” Eee PC and just before long after (thanks blip.tv!) we publish our exclusive review, we thought we’d give you a little teaser follow-up in the shape of our hands-on video.

looks pretty cool :) -
Felt like I had to wait a day for the man to open the damn item. -
Resolution is horrible. How they could put 1024x600dpi in such a big screen (still 8.9'..?). In modern windows mobile phones there is WVGA (in 4') and there it looks pretty good. Here we can see all of pixels. That's a nightmare, and only thing i don't like in all eee pc.
