Motorola Atrix: videos

'The connected home' is a phrase that's been bandied around for what seems like forever. Since comedy adverts in the sixties, the idea of a fully automated range of devices has been a tech geek's dream.

Sadly, it's been a dream that's always been an awfully long way from reality. With the exception of the occasional novelty fridge, the closest we've really got is the promise of apps and the potential of Wi-Fi.

But it's fair to say the Motorola Atrix is a definite step in the right direction, as it brings multiple screens together through a single interface via a portable device - yup, the smartphone. It's an obvious step, but Motorola has made the leap first and looks to have done a great job of it.
