BT aims broadband advice at SMEs

This week is Small Business Week 2007, and BT Broadband has launched a new scheme designed to help smaller enterprises in the UK get the most from their broadband connection.
BT is the largest broadband service provider in the UK, and this week-long initiative is aimed to provide the necessary advice to SMEs to allow them to tailor their broadband connections to their companies specific needs.
There are currently around 4.5 million small to medium sized enterprises in the UK, and BT business will offer them expert advice in a range of areas.
Bill Murphy, managing director of BT Business, said:
"Small and medium businesses are the lifeblood of the UK economy. At BT Business, we have direct relationships with more than 1.4 million SMEs."
BT Broadband now has over four million customers in total.
