BT Global Services has been highly commended at this year’s World Communication Awards under the ‘Best Customer Care’ category. Pipped to the post by global communications providers, Vanco, BT Global Services were praised for their performance improvement:
“BT just keeps on going,” said the judges: “this year BT has formed a new global organisation responsible for customer service and network operations in 170 countries.”
Last year BT achieved 99.999% network availability peformance; delivered 95% of its 40,000 orders per month by the customer committed date and cleared 95% of severity 1 faults within the agreed SLA.
