U-switch have just informed me that Plusnet is top-rated, upon checking further, Orange is worst of the lot, I will be switching today.

Yesterday for example, I could not get a connection, today it is back up and running....frustrating.

For this unreliable service I pay £17.99...why should I pay so much for what I believe is a poor service.

I switch today.

Virgin Media / NTL - the scummiest service on the planet - where are they in the unhappy list. I'm sure there are 1000's of unhappy customers.

Virgin Media are the dearest Broadband ISP in all of
the UK at £25.00 for Four Mb, all others offer up to
Eight Mb for nearly half that price. So I was pleased that VM are going to upgrade to Ten Mb. but when?
they do not keep users informed of progress.
