		<description>Finally I don't think I am just being incompetent!! I have been unable to access my Yahoo address book for about three weeks and unable to report this fault, I can however access my mail- are these issues related?</description>

		<description>I'm one of the small number of customers who cannot access their mail. I've been unable to access for about 10 days now.  According to Daily Telegraph report there are thousands affected. Can't even get through to them (all lines busy) to check on progress of fix.</description>
