yeh how wil they be able to know ? unless their gona leave some sort of cookie or spyware on your computer… but then all u would have to do is to download a few free programs like spybot and adaware which removes such nasties ??? well guess time will tell

ill just move to bt or aol who will be able to download anything so virgin will loose costomers big time?

this is more of a question than a comment - how will they know if what you are downloading is illegal?
