Orange confirms 31,000 broadband customer loss

In their Q1 results, Orange has confirmed that it has lost 31,000 broadband customers. The total has fallen from 1.138 at the end of December last year to 1.107 million in the last tally. However, it’s not all bad news as the total number of broadband customers is still up 12,000 year-on-year.

An Orange spokeswoman said: “Orange has over three million UK broadband customers across mobile and fixed, and remains the leading fixed-broadband operator in Europe with over 12 million customers.”
