It has been reported that 3 will launch a number of 24-month deals at the beginning of next month and the level of interest is expected to be high. The new deals will be set at £30, £35 and £40 inclusive of 5GB of data access. The offer of a new Hewlett Packard laptop is hoped to encourage customers to sign up to the lengthy two year deal. Three different models will be available including the Pavilion DV6000 and the mobile broadband modem will come as standard. There have also been rumours that Orange and Vodafone will be following a similar scheme in the near future. A spokesman for Orange said: "We will have laptops in our stores within six weeks."
