Biscit Broadband unfortunately went into administration in March 2007 and is now owned by a company called O-Bit Telecom. O-Bit are offering to transfer all current Biscit users onto the O-Bit network with as little disruption to the broadband service as possible.
Unfortunately, we don't have any further information on Biscit Broadband right now. Check out the Genie's recommended services below, or try our comparison search tool.

Slow, disconnects a peak times. Been with them for 2 1/2 years ... only renewed because they said they would price match ... turns out that their price match for an unlimited package meant putting us on a 2gb capped package and then charging us 8 months later for overusage and phone call charges - which of course drew our attention to 'our mistake'. Now we want to cancel - I have been calling them (20 mminutes at a time) and have been told on 4 occasions that they will call me back - and they haven't - I have been emailing them - no response until this morning (4 months later) telling me that they send MAC code and cancel service when we have coughed up £250 in bills and a £35 cancellation fee. I have been in contact with trading standards. NEW LEGISLATION 14TH FEB - internet providers HAVE to give you your MAC code on request. Also refer to 'the supply of goods & services ACT 1982' for breaches in their services.

Biscit are down the pan, the administrators are in. But before they went down they completely let their customers down by simply cutting us off without warning. I waited twice on the helpline for an hour each time, only to get to the front of the que and then the phone line went dead. What a bunch of amateurs. I hope Biscit and its owners are never allowed to enter the arena again. They dont give a dam about customer care.
