Fast.co.uk broadband packages increase in price depending on how generous a download allowance you're after. Plus points include the flexible 3-month contract (most ISPs ask for 12 months), the faster-than-normal upload speeds (great for gaming and VOIP), and the fact that Fast.co.uk regularly scores well for customer support and quality.
Also, note that there's a £50 installation fee if you don't have broadband already.

Joined FAST after getting fed up with Virgin's poor speed in the evenings. So far FAST have been excellent. You talk to a human and up to now I have been getting full speed download and upload speed ANY time of day. Refreshing.
