Excellent, much cheaper and faster than my old supplier. As a business user I find the faster upload speed amazing, I didn't realise that the old 8Mb broadbandMax I was using was only 448Kb in the up direction! KC3.net's business packages have twice this speed and it has really made a difference me. The initial sign up process is a bit lumpy, but the telephone support was good and when I read the emails carefully and followed the instructions it made sense. I have now moved to these guys for my Broadband at home too.

Setting up my BroadbandMax account with KC3.net was really easy, they even upgraded my line speed for x 4 without me even asking! I had been asking BT, my previous ISP, to do for ages with no success. It was all done online, I plumped for the 2nd cheapest option happy to accept the additional cost if my usage overrun, but so far this hasn't happened. I can definately recommend them.
