AVOID - THEY ARE RUBISH. I havben't had email for 3 days now. Customner Services are slow to responde. When they do respond, they say there are no problems as the servioce has been "tested". I got the impression the helpdesk had been outsouced offshore - completely useless.

Hi there, my partner and I took time to read all the reviews here and eventually went with Madasafish to escape BT after years of suffering a quite expensive service. We are very happy with MAAF, although they did not tell me I gave them a wrong MAC code until I emailed them to enquire why we did not get connected within the time stated. I recommend them fully, even though they have just been bought by BT... I feel like we are being followed round! ;-) Use this code 4279664 and you'll get £15 credit once you sign up. I found everything very easy. Let's hope BT won't wreck this service provider like everything else they touch. Cheerio from Belfast, bHub

Swapped onto their broadband from PAYG about a year ago. Fantastic service, helpful staff and excellent service quality (never experienced any server major outages), top notch back bone connection too, they have very good online support sections meaning you DON'T end up paying heaps to 0845 numbers. Currently using both a Mac and PC and equally happy with both. Webmail service is also excellent.
Have friends using MAAF too and none of them have any problems! A professional service provider and top quality service for an extremely reasonable rate. Also NO fair usage policies, where providers cut you off or slow your connection spped when you reach too high a bandwidth limit. With MAAF you get what you pay for, which not only is fair but extremely reasonably priced.
Would heartily reccomend.

I signed up to Madasafish after a mate recommended them, and I'm glad I did! The signup was a piece of cake through their website, and getting everything set up was just as easy. Since then my service has been fast and reliable, just what it says on the tin, and I'm thinking about signing up for the phone line too! Recommended!

Rubbish, their customer service is dreadful, they have taken payments twice for invoices and I am still waiting 2 months later to goet refund,I was told its being processed, and low and behold they done nothing about it,afetr letters and emails with NO response I have written to my credit card company and they are getting my money refunded,If I could get out now I would they have caused me nothing but headaches and grief.AVOID AT ALL COSTS,May be cheap but you get what you pay for,I will remeber that next time,a hard lesson learned.

We chose them following other peoples' recommendations and have not been disappointed. They connected us up with no problems and we've had great speeds ever since! They are very friendly too and helpful. If you use the code 4255625 when you sign up, they'll even credit you with up to £15 - that equates to a month free!
We have the talk package too. Would defitnitely recommend!

I recently wrote my review when I had dire issues with my broadband, however after Samara got on the case things started moving, BT visited, replaced a connection box and now things are on an even keel, so forgive my rant above, if you don't get any joy, try the forums on thinkbroadband.com, it worked for me. I've now got above 4.5Mbps and I am happy with MAAF

Madasfish are everything they claim to be the friendly and efficient ISP. I''ve just signed up with Madasfish after the problems I've had with other providers. Their staff are friendly and helpful and you are not passed from pillar to post through Indian call centres. It took just over two weeks to set me up with their package and so far I'm delighted.

Great service. I opted for the 5GB package in Jan 07. ADSL connection was live sooner than initially advised. Clear and timely email comms have been a nice feature. Service is very reliable and the "members' account" section on the website lets you easily monitor your download usage. I'm enjoying an average connection speed of around 4.9Mbps. As I was getting broadband for the first time, I read numerous ISP reviews, but am mightily relieved with the trouble free service I've enjoyed from Madasafish, especially after reading so many customer service horror stories. I've subsequently moved my line rental over to them as well with the bonus of free w/e & evening calls. Incidentally, to get up to £15 credited to your account upon signing up (£10 for broadband only), simply enter 4220152 on the sign up page.

I can't believe more people are not with the fish. I've been with them for about a year and can find no fault with them. If you don't need any more than 5Gb then it's MAX is a steal.

I wouldn't use Madasafish. Their support is useless, they don't want to report any faults to BT, the same excuses everytime, "Your connection was disconnected and your line must be re-synched, next time you call we will escalate it to BT" I have spent over 25mins tonight, sent 10 emails since Feb and they no longer reply. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I signed up to madasafish purely because they explicitly said they were Mac Compatible and I've not been disappointed. Free connection, free router (at least when I signed up), and it has been pretty reliable ever since.
Go the fish!
