I signed up to madasafish purely because they explicitly said they were Mac Compatible and I've not been disappointed. Free connection, free router (at least when I signed up), and it has been pretty reliable ever since. Go the fish!

I wouldn't use Madasafish. Their support is useless, they don't want to report any faults to BT, the same excuses everytime, "Your connection was disconnected and your line must be re-synched, next time you call we will escalate it to BT" I have spent over 25mins tonight, sent 10 emails since Feb and they no longer reply. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I recently wrote my review when I had dire issues with my broadband, however after Samara got on the case things started moving, BT visited, replaced a connection box and now things are on an even keel, so forgive my rant above, if you don't get any joy, try the forums on thinkbroadband.com, it worked for me. I've now got above 4.5Mbps and I am happy with MAAF
