Ok, ive been with Virgin for 3 years and for the first two, the quality was awesome. perfect ping rates 24/7. Since september this year its been AWFUL during the day (first during evenings, now all day until after midnight) Ive been on to technical support so many times, they know my voice. Like someone mentioned ive been through the 1001 step guide to saying its not Virgins fault, and im although the people are very friendly, ive been told theres nothing they can do, its a BT issue and they are "aware" of it. Totally useless, im off to find another ISP.

I have been with Virgin for over 3 years. recently service has got very bad with slow downloads and loooong ping times. Eventually got Virgin Tech to agree that the problem is their network and they are unlikely to do anything with it for months! I am off to find a better provider as this service sucks for 24.99/ month on plan 1

I've been with Virgin for about a year; £15 a month for 512Kbps and then a 'free' upgrade to 1Mbps. No issues, no problems, no hassles, no contracts - but I'm just a bit sceptical about the speeds I'm getting... I understand the principle of contention etc., but I tested it and I reckon I'm only getting download speeds of about 200-300Kbps max. I only live about 3 miles from the local exchange... and I've checked it at different times of the day/week. I can't say that this doesn't happen with every ISP (it's just a resold BT product after all) but watch out people; the speed you pay for ain't the speed you'll get...

I've had Vrigin Broadband for some time. It was great at first, but now my 8 MBit/s speed is down to 80 KBit/s - just a bit better than my old dial up modem and some of the downloads ar esubjectively slower. Does Virgin have some mechanism for giving new customers good service then tailing it off?

Virgin have to be the worst Boradband service provider in the whole world. I have had all the same problms as so many, and more besides. Slow speeds which are often slower than dial up. Hours and hours of phone calls to tech support at 25p per minute. As time goes by it becomes clear the calls are staged in such a way to get you to phone back. Often information they give you or ask you for in later calls could easily have been provided within a single call. My BB is ADSL Up TO 8 Meg. My avearge speed is around dial up speed. I was getting better speeds at 512k before I decided to "UPGRADE". Yes Upgrade they called it - now is this some kind of sick joke ? Anyone thinking of purchasing Broadband from Virgin Media or Virgin.net or whatever name they now go under, should just type "virgin broadband problems", or "Virgin Broadband Speed Problems" Into google, and be prepared to read close to 1 million pages that are listed. I have been with Virgin for 10 months, this is my review. I am a self employed computer technician, and a large part of my work is solving ADSL problems. So with a background of experience and qualifications, I can state that ‘Virgin non cable broadband’ is the most awful I have ever know. With speeds down to 28kbps (half dial up) at peak times. But at other times (1am) 3000kbps. I’ve check everything and its comes down to traffic. They have more customers than bandwidth. Its been like this for 6 months, I’ve written and phoned many times and they have done nothing. They now want to charge me £50 to leave them! The only reason I want to leave is they have failed to provide the service I pay for. Total Crap. Don’t believe a word they say. Don’t join Virgin.

Agree with what has already been said. I'm on the top non-cable package and for the first couple of years it was a very good service. I have been doing speed tests on my line for the past few days. Last night it was no better than a dial up modem. This morning since (7am - not a busy time) it has been no higher than 140kps. Will have to think about moving because this is not acceptable.

Worst ISP ever. My downlaod speed reaches incredible 2-10 kb most of the day since september this year (I have 2MB plan) and at first I didn't know whats wrong so I called the customer service and I was speaking with them for about 40 minutes, till they told me that I might have problems with my computer! Hahaha, I wasted about £35 for nothing, I have to top up my account with £100 or something to be able to speek with them. Leaving this ISP next week...

Im very concerned about the poor performance of my internet connection that im recieving. (The so called upto 8meg and unlimited downloads with free landline calls for £20 per month.) Ever since ive started my service with virgin for my non-cable broadband 2 months ago, ive had nothing but slow performance speeds. It can take 10 mins just to load one web page if im lucky if not at all. All of my neighbours have good speeds except myself! Ive spend alot of time on the phone trying to solve the issue with virgin at my expense, and have also sent emails in which ive recieved no reply even after 4 weeks after i sent it. Ive tested all my line connections etc as advised and also have a new router from virgin which does not seem to slove the problem. Ive been throbbed off by the so called technical helpline on numerous occasions after they gave me excuses after excuses as to why it is apparently my fault that i have slow download speeds. And also they seem to give me different excuses each time i ring for assistance. This is a breach of contract and im still not too happy with the service im receiving. Ive had BT test the lines etc. Please could you at least email me back regarding this issue. This seems to be a breech if contract and it does not comly with the sales of goods act 1973. THis is not what i paid for and im thinking of cancelling this so called contract. I can only download at 3/kb/s on average with everything set correctly. And in the evenings the net hardly works at all! This is worse than dial up, and im obviously not a happy customer.Does anyone know what i can do about this? Surely as a faithful customer i must have some democratic consumers rights.

Been with Virgin.net for three years +. First two years: great. Whizzy speeds, good service. Now, though, our internet connection (in theory 8mb) literally grinds to a halt most of the time. Can't even load text-only web pages, it's so bad sometimes. Sent Virgin.net an email showing our download speeds were down as low as 181kbps (!) at peak times, got a standard reply inviting me to test my modem, hassle BT, etc (ie. anything but blame Virgin.net). I then emailed them again, with proof that we managed to get download speeds of close to 4Mbps in the same week at 4am. No reply. Phoned them at an extortionate 25p per min, spoke to both technical staff (who admitted the service had gone down the pan and unlikely to get better anytime soon) and retention staff, who were unhelpful. I'm off somewhere else. It's a shame.

Well all, i think i must be unlucky. I NEVER get more than 100kbps download. I've only ever seen it once go over that. My ping is 600 all day and all night. I can see my exchange looking out my window and my bt lines are brand new. You thought u had it bad with them? I spent more than 7 hours on the phone to them and at the end i said i'm canceling the direct debit and i demand a MAC code within the next 5 days because this isn't broadband, this is worst than dial up and i'm not paying 19.99 a month for it. They threatened to take me too court at the end but eventually because i had screenshot proof over a 5 month period they knew they couldn't win. I still havn't got the mac code but i have not paid for it in 2 months. Virgin media shouldn't call itself broadband.

Had an amazing service via NTL with Cable broadband. Could not fault it one bit. Ntl even upgraded 2mb customers to 4mb for free. Moved into a non cable area approx 1.6 Kilometers from Exchange. Ordered upto "Pff" 8mb now getting a very poor service. My ping is high and my upload sucks. I am a gamer and need a good connection, my line is brand new (New Build Property) and my speeds are slower than dial up. I play on German servers with a usual ping of 60 - 80ms they are now 200 - 300ms + with a download rate of 3.1mbps. Somthing needs to change as people are being given a poor service for money. I would be absolutley happy with 5MB and a good upload/ping but it seems impossible for them to get it correct. I am un satisfied with this service and will not be re newing any contracts etc in the near and presnet future. We work hard for our money and get a crap service. Signed up for 20Meg broadband and over a year ago and discovered that my speed was slowing over a period of time, rang customer service who said that I was on the plan 2 8meg even though I was paying for 20meg? got that sorted an an apology then recently my speed has been inconsistent with varying from 3meg to 16 meg within ten minutes of each test. First they said it was BT but I am a cable customer?, then they said it was my PC but it works fine on friends ISP, finally they said that they have some local issues that they will be addressing in the new year. Poor Service, Poor Supplier if anyone pays for 20meg then they should get close to that all the time not just when nobody else is on line at the same time, its like saying you can only expect a good signal on your mobile when every one else in snuggled up in bed and nobody else is using theirs. If you are thinking of changing to them think again, try going to the library and thumbing through books for your info, its faster!

Been with virgin for a few years, started with 512k, was great, ping times a steady 30+/-ms. I am now on the 8Mb service, max 320Kbps downstream, ping times never below 200ms, cannot play online games at all anymore. Seems like another great service has gone completely downhill

Virgin Broadband now sucks, was great until a few months ago. Now I continually get page not responding, slow download speeds or even cant find webpage, doesn't seem to matter what time of day or night it is. Just trying to scan my pc with Trends online scanner and it keeps going so slow or not at all that it can't download the files itr needs to scan the damn thing, I've given up. I am on 8Mps and I am lucky if I get 500k most of the time. I think its time for a movE to another ISP. Seems to me Virgin don't give a **** about the situation from previous reviews.

Hey guys, i am with virgin media and i have been for 6 onths, first 2 4 months have been gfeat but then i started to notice download speeds reduced severly during evenings, now i am getting it daily as well, seems to be pot luck one day to the next. Just to clarify though, some people don't seem to understand how providers are marketing their packages, if they say 1MBPS, you should not expect 1MBPS download as you understand it to mean, they actually mean 1 mega-BIT per second, whereas we refer to it as a mega-BYTE normally, there are 8 bits in 1 byte, therefore, if they sell you 1 mega bit, you share it by 8 to get your actual download speed, it would be just 128 kilo-bytes per second on a 1 mega-bit download. (There are 1024 kilo bytes in a mega byte, 1024 mega bytes in a giga byte, don't ask why, it's just the way binary code works best.)

NTL had one of the worst customer service departments ever then VM took them over and seem to have inhertited them. I'm on 8MB. I might get 3MB at 6am but am usually on 250kb for most of the day. I'm off!

Well, firstly Virgin forgot to tell us that we where on their old 0.5 MB service - and paying more than their 8mb service! That was happening for ages. So after some messing around we changed to the 8mb service - but its not getting better. Sometimes - rarely mind you - speedtests show that I'm getting 1.9mb download speed which is brilliant. Consistent? Nope. Its not just during peak times either - even at 10 in the Morning the speed will dwindle between 100-300kbps. Downloads are slow and annoying, and don't get me started on online gaming.

I have been with Blueyonder/Telewest since teh start of thier dialup and one of the first in the area to get 512k broadband. Free upgrades to 1meg and then 2meg...wow i thought excellent company. Upgraded to the current XL 10meg now 20meg package before VM took over. Great download speeds and excellent pings on the gaming servers. Within a month of VM taking over, a hatchet job and a half! legal theft!!!. 300k download speeds, cut offs and now no game servers let you on with the bad ping times. I pay a premium price for a so called premium service.... I was getting it with Telewest. VM NO!!!! 25p a min Indian call centre staff who work of a scrib sheet do not help, especially when they get caught out and you get cut off!! I am soon changing to another ISP even though they will be a slower spec. Anything is better than the shoddy treatment VM customers get.

You lucky people getting download speeds in 3 figures I'm "officially" on 1mb yet a few minutes ago am down to 99kbs - yes that's right ninety-nine . Help desk was, to be blunt – a complete waste of my life trying to talk with them. I’ve been with Virgin for a couple of years for both mobile & broadband but not for much longer then it will be bye bye Richard B – he won’t get any more money from me to support he space flights but a suggestion to put the broadband department in order before going blasting off. A final - but on a different note – Virgin Airlines has become so bad I won’t use them – for first class travel give me Emirates anyday

Branson's broadband is just as accident-prone, slow and customer-hostile as his railway (11 days out of service from the last 21) - and now Virgin have the temerity to charge premium rates to talk to some clueless phonemonkey in Bangalore after an eternity's wait, when all I need is an engineer to reset/reconnect. Never had these problems under Telewest; as soon as my contract's up I'm out of here. £20 a month is far too much for a third-rate service like I've received recently.

Been a customer for over 3 years and had fantastic connections speed up until recently. Did a virtual chatroom thing with an advisor and he simply said 'Oh, it will be congestion in the evenings making it slow.' I was getting an average of 3Mb, (8mb max on my account, but our exchange only handles up to 3 or 4mb) now to about 250-300 kbs after 4pm. I said its not meeting the service standard the advertisment states. He then posted the compant fair usage policy, stating that slow connection caps are introduced for 'excessive use'. Mine is meant to be 'unlmited' Since the NTL merger the company has gone way down hill. I pay 17 quid a month for a service I can barely use. It would be quicker to write and send a letter by snailmail than rely on Virgin's poor quality service now. I asked the virtual service guy for the phone number to cancel my account and did it there and then. Virgin suck bigtime. From the best provider to the worst in a few months must be some sort of record!!

this company since taking over ntl has ruined a good service ntl used to provide. i have the 20mb download 1mb upload package with virgin media and i cannot host games on xbox live without latency (lag) on gears of war. whether its the ping i dont know. but a friend who lives 4miles away has the same problem.(south east london). on paper and on speed tests you do have fast downloads and uploads but in practical use its pathetic. i know people with only 8mb downloads and 256kbps uploads with better quality hosts when setting up sessions on xbox live. so why is it that with one of the fastest speeds currently available here in the UK i cannot do what lesser speeds with other ISP's can??? stay away from Virgin Media.

I agree completely!!! Virgin Broadband Sucks. Their tech support is rubbish too. They are balming my telephonelines. Well, I had Bt braodband before on the sme line and it had no problems. I should have stayed with BT. Please dont go for Virgin Broadnband at any cost, even if they give it for free.

I am so pleased to have found these comments. For the last few months I have been so frustrated by the slowness of my downloads. As I have been with Virgin for a number of years since 512 K broadband and have upgraded over the years to 8Mb and have been happy with the service, I have tried to blame everything but Virgin for the slow downloads. Only yesterday I saw that I am paying £24.99 for a service which is now being offered at a much lower price and I was wondering why I hadn't (as a faithful customer) been offered the chance to change plan.Now I can see that others are in the same boat. I live in Edinburgh and all the buses there are now plastered with adverts for Virgin Media deals so I feel ,with added customers, things can only get worse.

I have been with Virgin Broadband for about a year. Over the past six months it has been extremely slow. It is not much different than dial up during the evenings. It is totally useless for streaming video and it seems to take an age just to move between pages. It improves late at night and early morning. It is dreadful on most evenings and useless on Sunday evenings for some reason.

I have recently taken up the >8MB package with virgin, Previously on 512K with Homecall. typical ping 30-50mS speed at max on downloads. Now, ping is over 200 all the time, cannot play any online games at all. Download varies between 115kbps to very occasionally1.3mbps. Guess I should have done some homework before joining.but judging by the amount of bad feedback they must know they are selling an inferior service. just need to save up £50.00.

Been with virgin about 2 years now. Started on the 512k broadband service. Everything was fine, good d/l speeds, brilliant ping times etc. Then i was offered an upgrade to 1 mbps, after that everything went tits up. Opening webpages was frustratingly slow, and as I play quite a bit of online games, i was increasingly angered at the pings of 200+ms, absolutley disgusting. I chatted to an online assistant who aggreed that at peak times it is slow, no shit! I've also emailed them twice complaining, with no response! These reviews have confirmed for me that virgin obviously can't cope with the amount of connections they are dealing with, and have poor customer support. I will be migrating.

I had virgin.net before and have great pings and good downloads speeds but now that they have absorbed the NTL network (actually everything virgin.net has been shoved onto the already overcrowed NTL network) and voila TERRIBLE PINGS and download speeds.. Stay clear of them until they get rid of the NTL legacy network.. Who makes these terrible decisions??!?

If you are still on their package 1 at £24.99 per month you are paying £6 (33%) more than people on package 2 which has the same benefits. Valuing its loyal customers as it does naturally Virgin will be reducing its charge on Package 1 (no longer vailable) by £6 backdated to November 2006, Richard Branson's birtheday, when the two packaes were made identical in benfits but not in price. LOL.

I too have been with v.net for years. For me the problems started ever since the change over to virgin media. My 8mb connection used to be fine before the switch over, now it crawls at 56k modem speeds. Support are useless and I have now given up with them. I'm quite shocked to read all the above posts with similar issues, v.net support act af if my issue is something new to them. I think it's time to switch.

Utterly shocking service. Can't access any secure sites and completely unable to upload. Even my stupid Virgin phoneline is down so I can't call customer services unless I use my mobile. Probably better that way, most people report rude and unhelpful customer service staff as far as I can see... Curse you Virgin for taking over my beloved Telewest.

so glad to find other people are having the same diabolical service as i am from virgin. i took the 12 month contract in nov06, why god why did i not do my research first...? like some other people here i thought i could trust the virgin brand, and now because of the atrocious broadband speed (never going above 150kbps and usually hitting the 90kbps mark) i've cancellend my mobile contract and virgin credit card. i'm amazed to hear that some people have worse speeds than me. don't even bother calling customer service - it's cost me £42 so far. ABANDON HOPE ALL YE WHO ENTER HERE!!!

I agree with all the negative comments here. I signed up for the 19.99 per month 8 meg deal - with a 12 month contract and now the speed a has dropped to little more than dialup speed. I was with virgin for 2 years before and no problem. But I'm now looking to leave asap. Their technical support is rubbish and the charge you a premium rate call for it too.

I agree with every negative comment here. I started off with Virgin when they only had 500k broadband, and the speed was constant and fast. Then it was a free upgrade to 1 meg. This went smoothly. Speeds were up, gaming was better. Latencies of 25 ms, sometimes faster. Then came 2 meg. Speed was perhaps faster, latencies still great. Then something bad happened. They called it 8 meg broadband, and marketed it so well that it seems every punter from here to Tuvalu hopped on the train. Well this train had leaves, snow and perhaps a bit of dog turd on the line. I can't recall the exact day broadband died, but it was around September 06. Oh my PC happily tells me I'm plugged in at 7 or 7.5 mpbs, but any speed test informs me that all data exchange is occuring slower than an arthritic slug in a salt bath. It is often quicker for me to kill someone in Counter Strike by going round to their house and turning their electricity off. Avoid this provider like the plague.

In Sept 06 I signed up for Virgin Broadband. Notwithstanding that I tried different modems, cables, everything, just as suggested by their help desk (for which you are charged a premium rate phone call) it failed absolutely to work. I live in the boondocks, right? Wrong. Lambeth North, one mile from Westminster. So after more than 2 months of their ineptitude I was thoroughly fed up. I sent back their two modems, assorted cables etc, enclosed the 10 pages of email complaints (which, of course, I'd had to do from work), and a letter quitting from their non-existent broadband service. I also cancelled the direct debit, naturally. Their latest insult? Since I have cancelled the direct debit, they now take the fee for the service they never provided directly from my credit card!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Signed up with Virgin 8Mb Max. Router synchs at 6meg (Im reasonably close to the exchange) but I have to say that on some occasions you WILL get dialupspeed at best. Gaming is now out of the question with pings to servers usually above 250ms and averaging in excess of 3-400ms... totally unplayable. I'm tired of it all and this forum confirmed for me that it is a Virgin fault. Tracert's regularly trip up at the first hop with travel times in excess of 240ms... That is the FIRST hop to ANYWHERE... At peak times its best not to even bother surfing or playing games - its simply frustrating... Now definately going elsewhere - Virgin certainyl suckered me into £25 per month and a £50 termination fee. Very VERY poor...

Virgin broadband cannot cope with the volume of traffic it gets during peak times. Virgin know this but will not admit it. I have tested the speed of my connection during the day and I get about 4 meg, and download speeds of about 300k per second, which is quite acceptable. If I test it at the weekend or after 6 in the evening, I get about 0.5 meg, with download speeds as low as 19 kps. I have told Virgin this but they just send back a stock email from their folder of stock emails which bear no relation to the problem at all. After 3 months I am looking for a new ISP and I know I will have to pay a £50.00 charge (It seems that there is no such thing as a no contract ISP) but I am willing to do that just to be rid of this weasel like company that conceal hidden charges in their terms and conditions, and deny the problems which they know they have. Best advice I can give? Don't even go there.

Same problems as all the above, but what gets me mad is, instead of admitting there is a problem and explaining it and there planned sulutions to us they treat us like morons and try to fob us off!!!

Been with the Virgin Lady for almost two years.Just over three months ago I was promised a free upgrade to 8 Mgs. After a month, I enquired about this. I was told that it was in hand and to wait.One more month on I asked again.This time I enquired by email and was told it would be soon.Another month, and getting a bit fed up I telephoned the help desk.I was told that every thing was in hand, and would upgrades in 5 days.10 days on I telephoned again, this time taking the operators name and extension number. She actually phoned back and told me that it would all happen in four days. I am pleased to say that it did.The download speeds are much slower than 8Mgs. I have had to upgrade the Speedtouch modem.I would like to change my package, with the Virgin Lady, but if I do I will be tied to another 12 months of this? William.

Now what can I say about Virgin ???, Well the connection is always there, but the spped changes like the wind !!!, one day I will get 400k a sec on downloads, then the next it can be down to 30k a sec, it will then stay like that for a couple of days then shoot back up. Its cheap but not good if you want a stable speed !!!!.

8Mb, unlimited download, no 12 month contract. Sounds like the perfect deal I here you say.......Don't even think about getting this services they're shocking. I don't know what issues they're having but they need to sort them out! Our connection has run at an average 40KBs over the last few months when we were getting in the region of 900KBs - As from today I am taking my business elsewhere as Virgin seem completly incapable of resolving these issue even after performing they're meaningless tests and accepting responsability. Be warned! and warn others!

I have Virgin unlimited 8mb.. Worse ISP ive ever had, unbelivealby slow.... i know it can do its full capicity at times, but thats generall between 12am and 5am... and then anytime afterwards.. you will be looking at an average ping of 300 on dedicated servers of any type.

I have been with virgin broadband for over two years and all was very good but now it is almost un-useable....I was on plan1..8meg unlimited for £24.99 per month and everythig was fine but following an e-mail I changed to Bundle 1 which is 8 meg unlimited broadband and free phone calls for £19.99 per month...what a bargain I thought..once they changed me over and tied me into a 12 month contract my broadband speed fell from over 7meg to 350kbs...almost useless. I have e-mailed them 10 times and have not had any reply.......be carefull of these con artists...avoid Virgin....I used to trust the virgin brand..not any more.

I have virgin for years first on dial up and for the last 12 months on broadband. the service has been excellent. Both in speed and help. However I must agree with the other callers over the last 6 months its just slower and slower. Re arrange these words " a pole this with barge touch not do" I'm off.

I have now been with virgin for over 4 years. When i first go a email from them to say that 8mg was on its way and would be offered to exesting customer first.3 mouths pass and no a think other than if you where a new customer you would be given 8mg there and then . When i was given the choice to upgrade it took over 13 weeks from when i clicked on upgrade. Since i now have it a us it a lot for xbox live and the ping time a so bad that most player will not play with me online (ping over 300- 400) i have a xbox frend who is with virgin as well how has the same problem as me. I'm now looking for a new isp as i have had it with virgin.

Appalling speeds at all times of day. Technical support drones just dish out standard e-mails with no thought as to what the problem might actually might be. Quote from my correspondence with Technical Support (TS) about a *deterioration* in speeds: TS: "Distance from your exchange: The further you live from your local telephone exchange, the slower your broadband speeds are. This is normally because of interference on your phone line." Customer: "I have not changed address since starting Plan 2 with Virgin.net. My house has not shifted position and neither has the exchange." The end result is that they point you towards the non-functioning BTSpeedTest site. Zero follow up from them. There was a glimmer of hope of better speeds over the Christmas period, but those hopes have now been dashed against the unforgiving walls of the call centre.

This company is appauling, extremely slow download speeds and ping times.. dont buy this broadband... Virgin have some serious problems that they wont fix.

I've been with Virgin net for a few years now. The were good at first, had a free upgrade from 512Mb to 1Mb, then 2 Mb then 8Mb at which point the actual speeds dropped to sub 512Mb standards. The average joe might not know - the modem tells you you've connected at 8Mbps though a speed test shows you can only download at 0.2Mbps. Web pages with pictures take an age to download. Youtube? Forget it! Downloading a movie? Goodluck! Is it to do with the distance to my exchange? I can SEE it from my window! Vigin have obviously bit off more they can chew, lot's of customers & not enough hardware. Avoid.

Ok, ive been with Virgin for 3 years and for the first two, the quality was awesome. perfect ping rates 24/7. Since september this year its been AWFUL during the day (first during evenings, now all day until after midnight) Ive been on to technical support so many times, they know my voice. Like someone mentioned ive been through the 1001 step guide to saying its not Virgins fault, and im although the people are very friendly, ive been told theres nothing they can do, its a BT issue and they are "aware" of it. Totally useless, im off to find another ISP.

I've been with Virgin for about a year; £15 a month for 512Kbps and then a 'free' upgrade to 1Mbps. No issues, no problems, no hassles, no contracts - but I'm just a bit sceptical about the speeds I'm getting... I understand the principle of contention etc., but I tested it and I reckon I'm only getting download speeds of about 200-300Kbps max. I only live about 3 miles from the local exchange... and I've checked it at different times of the day/week. I can't say that this doesn't happen with every ISP (it's just a resold BT product after all) but watch out people; the speed you pay for ain't the speed you'll get...

I have been with Virgin for over 3 years. recently service has got very bad with slow downloads and loooong ping times. Eventually got Virgin Tech to agree that the problem is their network and they are unlikely to do anything with it for months! I am off to find a better provider as this service sucks for 24.99/ month on plan 1
