They are not cheap but certainly you get what you pay for i.e consistent speeds and uninterrupted service, no gimmicks just good internet service. This is especially noticeable at peak times - having endured O2's service for a month that ranged in speed from 6.2meg at quiet times to 0.66 meg at peak times and before that Waitrose (actually Plusnet's) increasingly unreliable service. I have been with idnet for over a year and they are really different! A person answers the phone when you have a problem, they do their best to resolve any difficulties (Mainly with BT line provision) and they keep you informed. Just pray they never go over to Dial 1, Dial 6, hang on etc..

Moved over to IDNet some months ago and they are great, far better than my old ISP and best of all they are 'Mac' friendly.
Would recommend these guys to everyone.
