    Fantastic Service. I've been with them for 6 years now . I only had no connection twice which was the fault of BT. I called customer support and the problem was diagnosed and sorted out in a friendly way .

    I think AbelAlways is great, I never notice my service being throtlled back, they gave my a fixed IP address for free. There email customer support is super fast, Ive never needed to try their phone customer support. When I needed to get broadband set up for a community group, I just rang their account department and they worked out a way for us to pay 2 years in advance from an Invoice - Just plain helpful and flexible
