I have changed to Allcomm in the past 6 months, connectivity is good and the migration from my previosu provider was seamless...overall pretty good

I have used ALlComm ADSL as well as their IT support for many years now and I have found their connectivity speed and reliability excellent. WHen I have had issues they have been resoluted quickly and effeciently

I have used AllComm as my ISP for some 12 months. As with most ISP's, when everything is working, they are fine. However, it's when things go wrong that they show their true colours. After getting a sales call from AllComm offering to upgrade our line from standard ADSL to ADSL2 (faster, cheaper, better) we obviously agreed. Unfortunately AllComm didn't bother to check if our line was capable of ADSL2... it wasn't. The technical support was arrogant at best, telling bare-faced lies at worst. They were unwilling to speak to BT to resolve issues within the exchange. All-in-all the level of support received was utterly attrocious. Our company was left without any internet access for over 2 weeks. Under no circumstances would I use them again
