Like Ivan I have just undergone a nightmarish experience with BT. Mine began over two months ago with random dropouts of my BB, culminating in a complete loss of service for a week. I too spoke to countless 'advisors', endured many 'promises' and had visits from five separate engineers (six if you count the one who didn't turn up). I would like to leave BT ASAP but one of the 'fixes' to my problem was arranging for a new Home Hub to be delivered, which involved taking out a new 12-month contract which I am now locked into.
