I decided to add my review to provide some balance. I have always found the tech support to be really helpful on the few occasions over the years where I've needed to use them.

Report abusewhilst they are a smaller company and I would like to support them, the fact is that they are simply not good enough. The speed is nowhere near what they told us it would be and the connection has been completely useless for several days (the second time this has happened to us)

Report abuseSwitched to Eclipse broadband, then my previous phone provider made an awful mistake by deactivating the line instead during the switch over. So I only had 3 days usage of Eclipse broadband. Still the customer service insisted I have to pay for full month of usage, even though I didn't end the service in the first place.
Small phone provider + not cheap and I get this from them.
Switched to PostOffice phone and broadband service, will see what it is like but at least 1/3 cheaper. The good thing with Post office is that the phone line rental is roll over monthly contract - no 12 months deal.
Other cheapest phone + broadband providers are Sky (if you're already Sky customer) and Tesco (more points). -
Report abuseOK a response today. The rep dealt with my complaint in a professional and efficient manner. The matter has been resolved to my complete satisfaction, without premium rate phone calls and without foreign "script readers".
