EFH Broadband are now regularly dropping my connection -- many times per day -- requiring me to power-cycle the router. UL and DL throughput is below advertised rates also.

Hopeless. The service worked for a while, then stopped, and they were no use helping me try and fix it. I tried to cancel my service, never got a reply, and now I'm trying to sign up to another ISP they tell me broadband is already enabled and I need a MAC code. So I email EFH to try and find out if they're still supposedly providing me with broadband and if I'm being charged for it and they don't reply. Again. Absoluteley hopeless. Steer WELL clear!

When I started getting EFH Broadband it couldn't have been better, really helpful people answering the phone with endless patience. After a few months I had reason to phone and found that the freephone number had changed to an expensive one! the staff were in India and the connection poor. Now its really hopeless! See the 'Contact us' page if you have a few hours. I'd rather have a ringing phone than one thats answered and plays music during the 10 - 15 minutes wait (as long as you like) without explanation! Try to submit a message and it just re-sets itself. I've had enough!
