    "ADSL Business Light 1000 Self Install - Annual"

    The service is very expensive, compared to other providers - and i have been at the sharp end of some very poor and neglectful customer service.

    The product itself has been fine for a few years, but you can probably find it cheaper and more pleasant customer experience elsewhere.
