    Hi

    I am writing this as I hope someone in Griffin will take notice.

    we are paying a fortune and getting a speed slower than my iphone on 3G.

    Am very very unhappy and have got nowhere in 1 month.

    Been with Griffin since Dec 2003. The service started off great, static IPs and proper unlimited downloads. I paid a little extra for this but it was really worth it. Moved to the max product and all was good. Then I got disconnected for excessive usuage without notification. This was sorted but now they have put a cap of 50gb so its hardly unlimited anymore. I cant even use my joost account for fear of breaching the cap, specially when nothing is offered to monitor the amount used. Shame as it was a perfect service that I used to recommend to others.

    Looking for another provider now.
