I find the customer service appalling and no help what so ever, after numerous phone calls we had no help when servers went down ,no one would tell us anything we are very disatisfied with service.

I'm with Tiscali and I can only have a BT dependent broadband package or the local cable company that doesnt have competition and may not survive the economic downturn. I can only get Sky television by satellite so I'm basically stuck for want of a better phrase. Wonder if Freeview capability is going to be improved when we go digital in 2012. Would dearly love not to have to pay for television as well as my licence. Problem is even BT seems to think I can get Freeview but then they would, when selling broadband packages.

we have had homecall for some years now it was superb good staff on the end of the phone nothing too much trouble. They were then taken over by pipex with the same staff still ok BUT then they were taken over by Tiscali and the problems started the band width drops from 3.7 to 2.5 at about 6pm when I reported it it went up an hour to about 7 pm and then 8pm and now its about 9pm most inconvienent when your in the middle of something and the screen freezes.Someone from I think India rang when I first reported it but they have been unusually quiet since.

Ihave had Homecall Broadband for 2 yrs and can reccomend the staff and service received The cost of phone calls inclusive is a good package
The name of Pipex added to the name has made little change to the service provided
