Excellent service, broadband is always on, i suppose i don't download massive amounts so i don't have much problems from them. Customer Service is average. The tv is good although SKY do offer a better deal with the broadband (problems from reviews read). I have never had problems so i can't say anything negative. They have joined alliances with Tiscali. I hope it works without disrupting the service.

Report abuseI had a big deception when I first called them. I had to have instaled a line from BT because there was no other option available in my area. In five months my BT line stoped working for around 6 times and it is not working from before Christmas time. It toke around 25 days for them to fix and day worked for a few days and not working now for around 10 days. I called to report. It bacame an issue and a have a special number in bt to call. I left messages from the day it was not working because each time I call they say the person who deals with my account is engaged. They have not called back. ... WITH HOMECHOICE IT STARTED VERY BADLY ALSO. I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THEY WHERE GOING TO PLACE THE ORDER CORRECTLY AND INSISTENTLY ASKED ON THE PHONE IF THE DEBIT WAS GOING THROUGH SUCCESFULLY AND STAY ON LINE UNTILL GOT THE CONFIRMATION FROM THE ATTENDENT. WELL .. THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE WITH NO ROUTER AND IT COUSED ME A BIG PROBLEM AS WE ARE ALL VERY BUSY AND ... WELL THEY... STARDE VERY BAD.
