    I have been with ic24, now renamed 'madasafish' since they were doing the free weekends back in the late 90s. I have had no real problems with them, with only 4 cases of no service over that time (1 was a big East London powercut). they provide some webspace and email accounts. Payment is by direc debit and has been fine. 8mb speed available.

    Highly recommended.
