About John Lewis
The UK's newest major ISP, John Lewis Broadband aims to differentiate itself from the crowd by offering the same high standard of customer service for which its retail stores are known. All packages include 24/7 freephone support in addition to an online portal with extensive guides.
John Lewis Broadband offers both ADSL and fibre broadband where available, however its pricing tiers and data usage allowances definitely place it in the premium category. The standard ADSL option has just 20GB a month, with a more expensive unlimited package available, while the one fibre option has a monthly 100GB limit.
A phone line is also part of the deal and this is roughly on a par with other providers, with reasonable line rental costs and a selection of free call plans including international dialing.
