    Plusnet has more than 10 years industry experience of providing busines broadband solutions. Its network management policies aim to deliver quality broadband to all customers while protecting business applications such as VPN and VoIP.

    Despite being part of BT since 2007, Plusnet runs as an independent subsidiary within the BT group.

    Plusnet won 'Best Consumer ISP' at the ISPA Awards in 2008, was nominated in 2009 and won 'Best Consumer Customer Service' in 2010. As you'd expect, these qualities are more than equalled on its business side, with a full UK based support service.

    There are various business broadband options available, including phone bundles, prices vary depending on whether you choose a 12 or 24 month contract. All Plusnet Business Broadband packages give up to 20Mb download speeds but on the cheaper deals the download limits are quite low.

      Epic Fail !
      There is no meaningful benefit of buying PlusNet Business over a residential service when things go wrong - their customer service is skilled in reciting a script, not taking ownership of fixing a problem. When service is miraculously restored, without evidence of any intervention by PlusNot, service credits are all they offer and they weasle out of delivering those
      Avoid !

      been with Plusnet/Force9 since day one, i Have the top package with them thats broadband and phone, and to be honest they have been great with me up until september 2010 then i have no end of problems, it seems they cannot get their act together with BT and i have been suffering as of this, also now looking to move on
