Prodigy seem to be disappearing or in difficulties. Telephones and fax numbers produce an answer message from BT that they are "not currently connecting with the company that provides this service." The broadband service is still live, but they are no longer taking money out of my account. Can't contact to sort it out.

The product is good (Ihave home1000lite), with very few problems over the couple two years.
However customer service/support sucks. You just cannot get hold of these guys no matter how hard you try!
After two years my deal (which was good back then) is looking tired and I want to to move on, but do you think I can get a MAC outta these guys. Blood from a stone looks easy in comparison.
My advice: Go somewhere where they will talk to you if you have aproblem or want a MAC to migrate with.
