The customer service is so poor! They take weeks to sort out any problems. I'm sure it's all fine and dandy if you are lucky enough not to have any problems with tiscali, but if, like me, you do, you will have to chase them time and time again. I have a broadband/phone/line rental package with them, and whilst there have been no problems with the broadband, the phone has had numerous faults. They are certainly cheap, but you get what you pay for. Very frustrating company to deal with, and as soon as the one year contract is up I will change (only 9 months to go...)
