i was with tiscali for a long time and all was ok but then i asked to be upgraded and had to deal with customer services.what a joke they are after a long while many e-mails and phone calls i cancelled with them.and i was owed money on my account it is now months since and all excuses have been used today another e-mail saying cheque was posted in May but they will inform their finance dept that i have not received all u get is diff incident nos and a load of cobblers.Be very wary of tiscali .if i had run a firm with as bad customer service i would have been sacked BEWARE
