I have never had a reliable service, until I saw BBC`s Watchdog last night I thought I would have to wait until May to get them off my back. Unfortunately I cannot find them to get a MAC - I once had a 40 min conversation with someone who could not speak English properly and I spent the whole time saying "I beg your pardon" or "Sorry could you repeat that".
I tried to phone them on several occasions The machine told me they had a new number, I rang this and the machine told me this service was unavailable. Every time I tried to e-mail someone a Dial Up Connection came up and despite several attempts at redialing I got nothing.
This is tiscali; I thought everything was my fault until I saw the above mentioned programme. Tony
