Very disappointed with the service now that they are no longer part of Waitrose. When my router went faulty all they offered was to supply a replacement if I renewed for a further 12 months, sounds like" conditional selling" which I am sure is illegal.Irony is , if I was out of contract I would have been supplied with a new router foc. The new owners are
using the Waitrose brand but without the customer service normally associated with it.

Great service, excellent customer care. A pat on the back to the entire Technical Support team. It is a pleasure to be apart of your family.

I think that waitrose is an excellent ISP, there service is world class. The technical support helpline is rather efficient and very professional. I strongly recommended them to anyone.

I tried to sign up to Waitrose Broadband for home use last year. I tried and tried and tried by I could not get the beastly thing to work so after spending HOURS online and making many many calls to their useless helpsite I threw all the equipment away and cancelled my contract. It was worth the extortionate cancellation charge to get rid of the hateful thing. I now have an Orange dongle which works beautifully and costs much much less.

Had Waitrose BB for 1 or 2 years. Only 2.3 Mbps and not cheap. But compared to Orange this is bliss. (Couldn't log onto Internet at times which coincided with USA peak times e.g 2 a.m GB time 4pm USA time.) Free calls on advice line, even if they are in Mumbai. Re other blogs, it seems we have a choice. Cheap BB but breakdowns and unkept promises or Waitrose etc - limited, full price but reliable.

I signed up with Waitrose Broadband 2 years ago. I have had no problems whatsoever. It is straighforward, no frills broadband package with no long contract (30 days notice) and profits go to worthy charities. I am a long way from my exchange but average 3.6Mb.
It's not the cheapest at £18:50 per month but well worth thinking about for reliability.
