    Download speed = 125.75 Kbps, Upload speed = 369.94.

Is this good or poor? What should I be expecting to receive?

That's not great, works out to be less than 1mbp/s, but may be the best you can do with your current phone line. Did your ISP say what you could expect?

A useful web site for checking these things is www.samknows.com. That has loads of info on broadband and can also say whether you should be able to get ADSL2.

Unfortunately if you live in a remote area and/or have old, low quality phone lines it's unlikely to improve any time soon. A good alternative is Virgin Media, if it's available, as that utilises its own fibre optic cables.
