  i have latest apple ipad and want a payg sim card it is 16g

  Check our iPad SIM comparison page, this shows both PAYG and contract deals for iPad micro SIMs.
  
  Note that your iPad must be a 3G version in order to use the SIM, it won't work with Wi-Fi only models.
