My friend has just got broadband extra from post office.The speeds are very slow less than 0.7 mps.It has been fast once early morning.We have done all the microfilter ,engineers socket stuff.The line was checked only 8 weeks ago for another issue,so he is reluctant to pay 120 for an engineer.What do we need to do.Can we cancel?
