    Hi Tony,
Does this error only occur when using mobile broadband? What browser are you using?

    Hi Tony,
It looks as though there may be some kind of problem using 3 mobile broadband and Facebook, I found a forum full of complaints about 3 mobile broadband and Facebook, but no particular solution or explanation for the error.

You could try swapping to another browser and see if that changes anything. I'd recommend Firefox or Opera. Also, clear out your cookies and temporary internet files from both Google browser and Internet Explorer and try it again.

Have you spoken to 3 mobile about it? That should be your next port of call if the above doesn't work. They may be aware of an issue and may have a software update for your dongle.

Windows 2000 is getting on a bit now and you might have some trouble getting help from 3 because of it. If you have a friend or relative with Windows XP or Vista then you could ask to try your dongle on their system to rule it out as the source of the problem.
