good download poor upload speeds

    I just changed my ISP to ATT on their promotion. I get 5mbps dowload but I get unreliable .02 to .2 mbps upload. I have run a dedicated line for DSL. Is it the ISP, could it be a software problem? Thanks. Steve

    It might just be where you are located, as if you are somewhere which gets fast download speeds, you get slow upload speeds and vice versa. If this isn't the problem, than i'm not sure why.
