    my sister has a dell 9 netbook that she got free from vodafone for taking a mobile phone contract . she stopped paying the monthly bill and the netbook seem's to have been disabled . is it possible to change the modem to enable it to work as she paid the bill for good while and due to unfortunate circumstances was unable too complete the contract but paid more than half of it ...thanks

    Hi, has the laptop stopped working completely or is it just the 3G modem that has been disabled?
