    after a speed check on this site my upload speed is 364kbps and download is 116kbps. I'm told that download should be greater. My ISP is AOL. BT have checked my line with no problems. Can you suggest why the download speed is low?

    Sadly, you are being sold a pup. Your download speed is equivalent to a dial-up; suggest you swap your ISP.
