The product was launched this year back in April with the intention of bringing a simpler but higher quality service to broadband users in the UK. The service also offers free 24/7 UK customer support to all of their customers.

What this gives you is an unlimited data allowance, at speeds of up to 16Mb, on a 12 month contract for just £18 a month. This also comes with evening and weekend calls to any UK landline for an additional £13.50 a month which includes line rental. You will also get a free wireless router, plus free internet security as well as access to the previously mentioned customer support.
On top of this, John Lewis are also offering new customers who sign up before the 31st of January a free £60 voucher to be used at any John Lewis and Waitrose store or online.
