MSI Wind U130 and U135 netbooks with Intel Atom Pineview processors available in January

Hot on the heels of the launch of Intel’s new Pinetrail Atom N450 processor comes news from MSI of the first netbooks to use them in the UK — the Wind U130 and U135.

Both are 10.1” netbooks with a design similar to its existing U120 model and the core specifications differ only in hard drive and battery capacity (160Gb / 250Gb and 3/6-cell, respectively). The Wind U135 does have a ‘chiclet’ keyboard though, and a trackpad that’s 20% larger than the U130’s.

The MSI Wind U130 costs £229, the U135 £279, and both will be available in January. Here’s the full specification:
