Toshiba announces slimline Portege G810 Windows Mobile smartphone

Toshiba Portégé G810Toshiba has announced yet another new Windows Mobile-powered handset, the Portégé G810, further expanding smartphone portfolio. Available in the UK sometime in the spring, the G810 is Toshiba’s first handheld to support HSUPA and has a 2.83in 320 x 240 screen with A-GPS and a 3-megapixel camera. The G810 is impressively slim at just 14mm, but it’s a touch-screen-only device.

The G810 is powered by a Qualcomm MSM7200 processor running at 400MHz, and has 256 ROM and 128Mb RAM (with a microSD card slot for adding up to 4Gb of additional storage). There’s also has a built-in FM tuner with RDS.
