by Julian Prokaza on Tuesday 19 August 2008 2 Comments

Dell Inspiron 910Weeks come and weeks go but despite confident predictions of its imminent arrival, Dell's new netbook, dubbed either the "Inspiron 910" or simply the "Dell E" still remains stubbornly unavailable. Now Gizmodo is the latest to circle the calendar with a big red marker pen - pinning its credentials on a 22 August launch. It's also got what it says are the final specifications. Full details after the cut.

From the 'leaked' shots, the 910 will have an 8.9in 1024x600 display, sport a 1.5GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, up to 1GB RAM, SSDs from 4GB to 16GB and three USB ports.

Course, if it doesn't arrive this week, let us be the first to predict it will go on sale next week. Remember - you heard it here first.

Friday came and went and nothing. After doing the same thing last week for their announcement, I feel like a total tool for thinking the rumors would be true.My uncle bought an Acer One July 12th, my sister bought one 10 days ago for $349.School is about to start and I have no more time left to waste on Dell and their lack of understanding of the back to school mentality.Let's hope the Acer One isnt sold out.
