See-though Sony VAIO X spotted in China

We don’t know why laptop manufacturers haven’t though of this before, but Sony has been showing off a transparent version of its new ultra-thin netbook, the VAIO X. The Chinese Engadget site has the scoop, but it looks like this is simply a promotional model rather than anything planned for sale. If so, that’s a shame as it looks fantastic — although it would need a new keyboard to be of any use…
