Easynet Connect launches 8Mb SDSL business broadband

Dedicated business internet broadband provider Easynet Connect has announced the launch of an 8MB SureStream SDSL broadband service for small businesses. Priced £399 per month (£5,000 for the year) the folks over at Easynet are giving the comparison this could work out 50 per cheaper than comparable services from rivals BT.

This leased line option offers users both 8Mb upload and download speeds delivered by Easynet Connect's 1,200 exchanges in the UK, making use of a new line bonding technique.

Easynet Connect's 8Mb business broadband will be available to over 70 per cent of small businesses across the UK with the largest SDSL coverage in the UK and, customers are promised that if any faults occur there will be a 4-hour issue response time. The product also comes with a 99.9 per cent service level guarantee.

Speaking on the SDSL product release, Chris Stening, managing director of Easynet Connect, commented: “Small businesses are facing increased economic pressures to reduce their IT spend which is why it is important they can get thebest value for their internet connection. To be able to have a leased line equivalent 8Mb service for around 50 per cent of the price of BT is making better value, high quality internet connectivity a reality.”
