Fast.co.uk adjusts broadband download caps

Friday 08 August 2008 Comment

Customers of Fast.co.uk will now be able to download more every month without the worry of additional fees thanks to an improvement in monthly download caps for the Broadband Max ('up to' 8Mbps) package. Both existing customers and new subscribers will be able to benefit from this new system.

With these more generous download caps in force, customers of the original Max 2GB package will see their product change to 5GB, the Max 15GB will become 20GB, the Max 40GB changes to 45GB and the Max 100GB package will be 110GB. Other than the download caps, all contract terms, services and prices will remain the same. All the new changes will be available with immediate effect for all new Fast.co.uk customers, however, existing customers may experience a slight delay in the rollout of these increased allowances. Further information on usage can be found on the Fast.co.uk website, or by calling the technical support hotline on 01428 727437.
