Internet service provider MacAce scoops Macworld 2009 Award
Internet service provider, MacAce.net (a dedicated Mac-only service) has managed to knock the likes of O2, Sky Broadband, TalkTalk, Virgin Media and Zen Internet out of the way to scoop the award for Best Mac-Friendly ISP at this year's Macworld event.
Now in its fourteenth year, the Macworld Awards ceremony winners are chosen by the editorial team, taking into account the valued opinions of Macworld readers. This year, the event was held at the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) in London.

Set up in 1996, MacAce.net provides broadband, hosting and email services for mac users, including up to 24Mb broadband ADSL packages for both home and business users.
Speaking on the awards, Gary Hall, CEO of MacAce.net, said: “We were up against some of the biggest names in the ISP industry and our high quality and reliable service, couple with support and help that no-one else can match, were clearly favoured by the voters and reflected by the sheer number of votes received for MacAce. I'm very proud of all of my staff and wish to thank them for their hard work and commitment to customer service, as well as everyone for voting for us.”
